Your bequest to CNEWA Canada helps ensure that your wishes for the work of the church will be continued. We have been able to sustain many of today’s programs due to the generosity and vision of our former supporters.
If you are planning to write your will or, if you already have one, you may want to consider these three common ways to make a bequest:
Percentage of Your Estate:
“I give to CNEWA (Catholic Near East Welfare Association) Canada, 1247 Kilborn Place, Ottawa, Ontario K1H 6K9, _________% percent of my estate to be use where the need is the greatest.”
Specific Dollar Amount:
“I give to CNEWA (Catholic Near East Welfare Association) Canada, 1247 Kilborn Place, Ottawa, Ontario K1H 6K9, the sum of $_________ to be use where the need is the greatest.”
Residue of Your Estate:
“I give to CNEWA (Catholic Near East Welfare Association) Canada, 1247 Kilborn Place, Ottawa, Ontario K1H 6K9, all the residue of my estate, including, without limitation, real and personal property.”
If you prefer to designate your bequest for a specific area, you can add a provision to your will to ensure that your gift will be used for an area of CNEWA Canada’s work that interests you: humanitarian assistance, pastoral support and Christian unity are but a few examples.
